When a business submits a case, we collect information about the business (name, website, location, contact name, email, phone) and information about the disputed review necessary to evaluate and file it, which may include the review platform, review URL, reviewer name, review date, the reason the review may violate the platform's policy, and any supporting evidence submitted. This information about a reviewer is provided to us by our business client, not by the reviewer. This site does not use advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies.

How we use this information

We use this information to conduct the free assessment, document the policy violation, file the dispute through the platform's official channels, and manage the case until resolution. We use business contact information to communicate about the case.

How we share this information

To do this work, we necessarily disclose relevant case details to Google (or the applicable review platform) as part of filing the dispute. We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate our business under confidentiality obligations, and may disclose information if required by law or legal process.

Accuracy and good faith use

Case information, including claims about a reviewer, is submitted by our business clients, who are responsible for the accuracy of what they submit. We do not independently verify every factual claim before conducting the free assessment, but reserve the right to decline or discontinue a case that appears to misuse the reporting process.
