Free review check
Send us the review. We assess it against Google's content policies and tell you honestly whether it has a real shot at removal — before you pay anything.
How it works
Google prohibits fake, fraudulent, and off-topic reviews — but the reporting process is slow, confusing, and easy to get wrong. We do it right, with evidence, and we don't let it drop.
01
Send us the review. We assess it against Google's content policies and tell you honestly whether it has a real shot at removal — before you pay anything.
02
We document the policy violations, gather the evidence, and file the challenge through Google's official channels — written the way reviewers actually act on.
03
We track the case, escalate when it stalls, and keep you posted until the review is gone and your rating reflects reality again.
Only reviews that violate Google's policies can be removed — nobody can delete honest criticism, and anyone who promises otherwise is selling something. We tell you which one you have in the free check.
What qualifies
Written by someone who was never a customer — competitors, bots, or bought reviews.
Reviews from competitors, ex-employees, or anyone reviewing their own business.
Personal attacks, profanity, threats, or discriminatory content aimed at you or your staff.
Rants about politics, someone else's business, wrong locations, or duplicated spam posts.
FAQ
If it violates Google's policies — yes, that's exactly what the process exists for. Fake, fraudulent, off-topic, conflicted, or abusive reviews are all removable. What nobody can remove is an honest negative review from a real customer, and we'll tell you which kind you have in the free check.
You can, and Google's "Report review" button is free. But most self-filed reports get auto-rejected because they don't name the specific policy violated or provide evidence. What we provide is execution: the right violation category, documented proof, escalation when the first pass fails, and follow-through over weeks — not one click and hope.
Simple cases can resolve in days; contested ones take weeks, especially when we need to escalate past the first automated review. We keep the case open and keep you updated until it's decided.
We escalate through the channels available — a first rejection is often an automated pass, not a final answer. If a review genuinely can't be removed, we tell you straight and help you respond to it publicly the right way instead.
Completely legal and fully within Google's rules — we use Google's own reporting and appeals processes, the same ones every business owner has a right to use. We never post fake positive reviews, never manipulate ratings, and never touch anything against the platform's terms.
Google is the one that moves the needle for most businesses, and it's our focus. Ask us about other platforms in your free check — if we can't help, we'll say so.
Completely. We work through official reporting channels — the reviewer is never contacted by us, and your customers never know. Your information is used only to work your case.
